Metl Kismet Client
A spin-off from MWTP, a fullscreen, hardware-accelerated graphical Kismet client. Initially I wrote it to vizualise the azimuth input data from the tripod, but soon discovered that it made a fine looking general purpose kismet client.

Written in python and SDL, it implements a radar-like packet display, plotting packets on the screen based on their signal strength and other properties. Displays a list of APs to filter on, a channel utilisation graph, and even optionally draws src/dst IP, port and protocol information on the display. Runs at ~28 frames a second, smooth as silk on my laptop.

Of course, it's making up the azimuth data in normal use, unless you happen to have a Metl War Tri Pod...

Older release showing per-packet tagging (of SSIDs), packet log top right, channel graph, as was about its state at Ruxcon 2005, when I test drove it some at the CTF LAN. Newer screenshot, showing new AP list, multiple-AP-selection-and-filtering, different plots of data and management frames, and the new improved channel utilization display.
